'The One & Only'

Touring with his band, Chesney's song The One & Only remains an all time classic


The One and Only was the twentieth most successful release of the nineties, out of approximately 50,000 single releases.

Chesney's first album 'Another Fine Mess' was a culmination of three years work, and is a collection of 16 songs all co-written by Chesney except for one track, 'Come and Get it', written by Paul McCartney.

In 2001 Chesney and his four piece band embarked on a UK tour, originally intended to take in five dates. The word spread very quickly and soon enough the tour grew to almost 600 dates.

Chesney has appeared on many different TV shows, such as; Channel 4's 'Top Ten Teen Idols', CDUK, VH1, Loose women, Matthew Right Show, This Morning, Big Brother's Big Mouth' The Graham Norton Show and Jonathon Ross.

Chesney's number 1 love and priority is songwriting and producing, so when he's not on the road, he's in the studio working on songs for himself and others.
